INTRODUCTION
These General Conditions of Sale are established between:
On the one hand, CALZADOS RAFI C.B, with CIF E87709317 with address at Cuenca Street 3. Móstoles. Madrid; Telephone number: 916131769, through its trademark Calzados Rafi and in the case of the website www.zapatop.com, hereinafter ZAPATOP.
And, on the other hand, any person who places an order (hereinafter, the CUSTOMER).
Orders will be dispatched in the European Union. Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the CUSTOMER, as well as any other specified in the order itself.
1. OBJECT
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the modalities of sale between the CUSTOMER and ZAPATOP, from the placing of the order, delivery and payment, as well as the after-sales service.
2. ORDER
The CUSTOMER can place his order through the following devices:
- By telephone, through the telephone numbers 916131769 and 912620144 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The conversation will not be recorded.
- Through Zapatop Social Networks.
- Via the Internet, through the website www.zapatop.com, following the established procedure.
- To place your order, the CUSTOMER must provide the personal data requested by any of the procedures indicated above, unless you already have a customer number or user account.
- The completion by the CUSTOMER of the order is equivalent to the full and entire acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other specified in the order itself.
3. DELIVERY
There are 3 ways to deliver your order:
- Delivery to Zapatop physical stores where the trade name of Calzados Rafi will be found. Located at Cuenca Street 3 in Móstoles and Grecia Street 20 in Fuenlabrada. Both in the community of Madrid. This service is completely free and has no cost.
- Correos: Home delivery, with Citypaq or at the Post Office. Between 2 and 4 business days.
- Delivery to the address you want with MRW's 24-hour urgent service. If you buy on a business day before 2:00 p.m., your order will arrive the next business day at any time of the day before 8:00 p.m.
4. DELIVERY COSTS
There are no fixed expenses for preparation of the package and packaging. This process is completely free.
- Geographical delivery area: Iberian Peninsula. The shipping costs depend on whether you choose Urgent shipping from MRW or Correos. See rates in shipping methods.
If the days that we indicate in each delivery method have passed and you have not received your package, contact us using the available contact form or by calling us at 916131769 and 912620144 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: 30 hours from Monday to Friday. Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
5. PAYMENT
The client can choose between 6 forms of payment:
Visa card, 6000 or 4B. Payment for the order is processed when you place the order.
Wire transfer. The payment of the order is processed in about 2 or 3 days once it has been made.
PayPal. PayPal is a very safe, fast and easy way to pay for purchases online, without having to share financial information with us. The payment of the order is processed instantly.
cash on delivery This service carries a commission of 2 Euros. To do so, you must choose bank transfer as the payment method and contact Zapatop by e-mail or by phone to confirm it.
Amazon Pay. The customer can log in and choose the payment method they want with their Amazon credentials
6. PRICES
The prices will include the corresponding tax at all times. ZAPATOP does not have additional costs for packaging or shipping process. With your order, you will be sent a simplified invoice that will be attached to one of the boxes and you can download this invoice through your Customer Area by entering your username and password that you provided when registering at www.zapatop.com.
7. WARRANTIES
ZAPATOP guarantees the quality of the product it covers, under the legally established terms, for a period of two years from the date of delivery.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when appropriate, or materials subjected to wear due to normal use are not included.
The actions under guarantee are repair, replacement, price reduction, and termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
