For these purposes, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions and that is when you can return the unwanted item or items in any of these 3 ways:
1-) Free return in any of our 2 physical stores:
Rafi Shoes - Zapatop.com: Calle Cuenca 3. CP: 28938. Móstoles (Madrid)
Rafi Shoes: Calle Grecia 20. 28943. Fuenlabrada (Madrid).
2-) You can return it through any Post Office. We will send you the label so that you can print it or show the return code at the Post Office. With this option we will reimburse you 3.95 Euros less than the amount you paid for the item to be returned.
3-) We will pick up your order at the address you indicate through MRW logistics. In this case we will return 5 Euros less when making the refund.
If you want to change the size so that it arrives at your home the next day without having to travel, you can make the exchange directly with the MRW delivery person and it will cost 5 Euros that you can pay at the time of the change or in advance. by paypal, card or bank transfer. If you want to make the change through the Post Office, we will give you a return label and it will cost 3.95 Euros (When the item arrives at our facilities, we will send you the new size you want). The change in physical store would be free.
In either case, you must accompany the reference or order number. The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Client will not imply the imposition of any penalty, but returns to postage due will be denied.
The risks of loss, deterioration, impairment or damage to the Product to which the withdrawal refers, are borne by Zapatop.com provided that it has been correctly delivered to Correos or MRW.
Zapatop.com will refund the Customer the amount paid for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the withdrawal, as long as the Product was received by zapatop.com under the conditions established. In the event that the returned Products have any damage, the Customer must indemnify zapatop.com with the amount corresponding to such damage.
Zapatop.com always checks the status of the items before shipping, but in the event that the product is defective, zapatop.com will proceed to refund the full amount of the product plus shipping costs, if any, or proceed to exchange a new item in perfect condition at no cost to the customer.

Returns are borne by the customer if the product does not have a defect for which we are responsible. In any case, you can send us your return query to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the situation and the reason for the return, if necessary, attach photographs of the defect.
